Paula Nagle

Founder & Owner

Paula is a teacher in Stroudsburg who loves to bake. She opened the bakery in 2023.

Marc

Baker / Kitchen Manager

Marc has been with JLMB since day 1! He is our Kitchen Manager and does all of our baking (plust a little secret between you and me - he can decorate too!). We are so grateful to have Marc as a member of our family!

Jillian

Customer Service / Decorator

Jillian has been a wonderful addition to our JLMB team! She is learning all of the tricks to the trade and has been decorating some fantastic cupcakes! We welcome you to our family!

Kaitlyn

Customer Service / Lead Decorator

Kaitlyn has also been with us since day 1! She is our lead decorator and has really been stepping up her skills lately! We are grateful to have Kailyn as our lead decorator and trainer for our new JLMB family members!

Willow

Customer Service / Decorator

Willow has recently joined theJLMB team! She is learning how to decorate cakes and cupcakes and is a fast learner! We are pleased to have her as a member of our family!

Bertha is a staple in our bakery! She greets the customers when they walk in and protects the bakery at night...when it's dark and spooky...and the ghosts come out - she keeps them in line!
